Why won't my Bluetooth headset connect to my cryptocurrency exchange app?

I'm having trouble connecting my Bluetooth headset to my cryptocurrency exchange app. Whenever I try to pair the headset with my phone, it doesn't show up in the available devices list. I've tried restarting my phone and the app, but it still won't connect. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?
