- Dec 27, 2021 · 3 years agoThere could be several reasons why your Ledger Nano X is not charging. First, make sure that the USB cable you are using is not damaged or faulty. Try using a different cable to see if that solves the problem. Additionally, check the USB port on your computer or charger to ensure that it is functioning properly. If none of these solutions work, there may be an issue with the battery or charging circuitry of your Ledger Nano X. In this case, it is recommended to contact Ledger support for further assistance.
- Dec 27, 2021 · 3 years agoI had a similar issue with my Ledger Nano X not charging. I found that the problem was with the USB port on my computer. It was not providing enough power to charge the device. I solved this problem by using a USB hub with an external power supply. This provided enough power to charge my Ledger Nano X without any issues. So, if you're facing charging problems, try using a USB hub with an external power supply.
- Dec 27, 2021 · 3 years agoIf your Ledger Nano X is not charging, it could be due to a software issue. Try resetting the device by holding down the button on the back for 10 seconds until the Ledger logo appears. Then, reconnect the device to your computer and check if it starts charging. If the problem persists, you may need to update the firmware of your Ledger Nano X. Visit the official Ledger website and follow the instructions to update the firmware. If none of these solutions work, consider contacting Ledger support for further assistance.

As an expert in the field, I would recommend trying a different USB cable and port to see if that resolves the issue. They should be able to provide you with the necessary steps to fix the charging problem.
- Dec 27, 2021 · 3 years agoI understand how frustrating it can be when your Ledger Nano X is not charging. One possible solution is to try a different power source, such as a wall charger or a different computer. Sometimes, the issue may be with the power source rather than the device itself. If that doesn't work, you can also try a hard reset by holding down the button on the back of the device for 10 seconds. This can sometimes resolve charging issues. If all else fails, it's best to reach out to Ledger support for further assistance.
