Whenever I try to access my digital currency wallet on Windows 10, my screen goes black. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

One possible solution is to try running the wallet in compatibility mode. Right-click on the wallet's executable file, go to Properties, and then navigate to the Compatibility tab. From there, check the box that says 'Run this program in compatibility mode for' and select an older version of Windows, such as Windows 7 or Windows 8. Apply the changes and try running the wallet again. Hopefully, this will resolve the black screen issue.
