- Dec 27, 2021 · 3 years agoOne possible solution is to clear your browser cache and cookies. Sometimes, stored data can interfere with the connection between Firefox and your digital wallet. To do this, go to the Firefox menu, click on Options, then Privacy & Security. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data, and click on Clear Data. Make sure to check both boxes for cookies and site data, then click Clear.
- Dec 27, 2021 · 3 years agoAnother option is to disable any browser extensions or add-ons that might be causing conflicts. Some extensions can interfere with the connection to your digital wallet. To disable extensions, go to the Firefox menu, click on Add-ons, then Extensions. Disable any extensions that you suspect might be causing the issue, and then try connecting to your digital wallet again.
- Dec 27, 2021 · 3 years agoIf you're using BYDFi as your digital wallet, make sure you have the latest version installed. Sometimes, outdated versions can have compatibility issues with certain browsers. Visit the BYDFi website and download the latest version of the wallet. Install it on your device and try connecting again. If the problem persists, reach out to BYDFi support for further assistance.
