- Dec 28, 2021 · 3 years agoUnfortunately, losing access to your phone and Google Authenticator can be a major setback. However, there are a few steps you can take to regain access to your digital wallet. Firstly, if you have a backup of your Google Authenticator secret key, you can use it to restore access to your wallet on a new device. Alternatively, if you have a recovery code provided by your wallet provider, you can use it to regain access. If neither of these options are available, you should reach out to your wallet provider's customer support for further assistance. They may require additional verification steps to ensure the security of your wallet.
