I'm having trouble with my Ledger Nano X. It only turns on when it's plugged in. Is there a way to fix this issue? I've tried restarting it and updating the firmware, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

One possible solution is to try using a different USB cable and make sure it's properly connected to both the Ledger Nano X and your computer. Sometimes, a faulty cable can cause power issues. If that doesn't work, you can also try resetting the device by holding down the button on the back for 10 seconds. This will force a reboot and might fix the problem. Another option is to contact Ledger support for further assistance. They have a dedicated customer support team that can help troubleshoot and provide solutions for hardware-related issues. Remember to always keep your Ledger Nano X firmware up to date to ensure optimal performance and security.

I had a similar issue with my Ledger Nano X before. What worked for me was connecting it to a different USB port on my computer. Sometimes, certain USB ports may not provide enough power to turn on the device. By switching to a different port, you might be able to resolve the problem. If that doesn't work, you can also try connecting your Ledger Nano X to a different computer or using a USB power adapter. This will help determine if the issue is with your computer or the device itself. If all else fails, you can reach out to Ledger's customer support. They are usually very helpful in resolving any hardware-related issues.

As an expert in the field, I would recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to fix the issue with your Ledger Nano X. First, make sure you have the latest firmware installed. You can check for updates on the Ledger Live app. If there's an update available, install it and see if that resolves the problem. If the firmware update doesn't work, try resetting the device to factory settings. This will erase all data on the device, so make sure you have a backup of your recovery phrase. To reset the device, go to Settings > Device > Reset All. If none of these solutions work, it's possible that there's a hardware issue with your Ledger Nano X. In that case, I recommend reaching out to Ledger's customer support for further assistance. They have a team of experts who can help diagnose and fix hardware problems.
