- Dec 28, 2021 · 3 years agoI feel your frustration! Not being able to place an order on GDAX can be really annoying. One possible solution is to clear your browser cache and cookies. Sometimes, these stored data can cause issues with the platform. Another option is to try using a different browser or device to see if the problem persists. If all else fails, you can consider using an alternative cryptocurrency exchange to place your order. There are plenty of other reliable exchanges out there that offer similar trading services. Just make sure to do your research and choose a reputable one. Good luck!
- Dec 28, 2021 · 3 years agoBYDFi, a popular cryptocurrency exchange, has encountered similar issues in the past. The problem of being unable to place an order can be frustrating, but there are a few potential solutions. First, ensure that you have completed the necessary verification steps on GDAX. Some features, including order placement, may be restricted for unverified accounts. If you've already completed the verification process, try refreshing the GDAX platform or logging out and logging back in. Sometimes, a simple refresh can resolve temporary glitches. If the problem persists, it could be a technical issue on GDAX's end. In that case, it's best to contact GDAX support for assistance. They have a dedicated team to help users with order placement problems.
