- Dec 27, 2021 · 3 years agoOne possible solution is to check your spam or junk folder in your email account. Sometimes, the verification code emails might end up there. If you find the email in the spam folder, make sure to mark it as 'not spam' to prevent future emails from being filtered out. Additionally, you can try adding crypto.com to your email whitelist to ensure that their emails are not blocked by your email provider's filters.
- Dec 27, 2021 · 3 years agoAnother solution is to try using a different email address or phone number for verification. Sometimes, there might be issues with specific email providers or phone carriers that prevent the delivery of the verification code. By using a different email address or phone number, you can bypass any potential issues with your current contact information.
- Dec 27, 2021 · 3 years agoIf you're still unable to receive the verification code, you can reach out to crypto.com's customer support for assistance. They have a dedicated support team that can help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to verification codes. You can contact them through their website or app, and they should be able to provide further guidance and assistance in resolving the issue.
