One possible solution is to clear the cache and data of the greyed-out apps. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage > Clear cache/Clear data. This will remove any temporary files or corrupted data that may be causing the issue. After clearing the cache and data, try reopening the app to see if the issue is resolved.

Another solution is to check if the app requires an update. Sometimes, outdated versions of apps can cause compatibility issues with the Android system, leading to greyed-out apps. Open the Google Play Store, go to My apps & games, and check if there are any pending updates for the greyed-out apps. If so, update them and see if the problem is fixed.

If the above solutions don't work, it's possible that the app itself is experiencing technical difficulties. In this case, you can try reaching out to the app's support team for assistance. They may be able to provide you with specific troubleshooting steps or inform you if there is a known issue with the app. Keep in mind that different apps have different support channels, so you may need to visit the app's website or search for their contact information.
