Has anyone else experienced issues with the Coinbase Pro app?

avatarflaviupop0Dec 24, 2021 · 3 years ago4 answers

I've been using the Coinbase Pro app for a while now, and recently I've been experiencing some issues. Has anyone else had similar problems with the app? I'm curious to know if it's just me or if others have encountered these issues as well. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, I've also experienced some issues with the Coinbase Pro app. It's been a bit slow and unresponsive at times, especially during periods of high trading volume. I've also had a few instances where my orders didn't go through properly. Overall, it's been a bit frustrating, but I'm hopeful that Coinbase will address these issues soon.

I haven't personally experienced any issues with the Coinbase Pro app. It's been working smoothly for me, and I haven't encountered any major bugs or glitches. However, I have heard from some friends in the crypto community that they've had a few minor issues with the app. It seems like the experiences vary from user to user.

As a representative from BYDFi, a different cryptocurrency exchange, I can say that we've heard similar reports of issues with the Coinbase Pro app. It's not uncommon for users to encounter technical difficulties with trading platforms, especially during periods of high market volatility. It's always a good idea to reach out to the customer support team and report any problems you're experiencing. They can usually provide assistance and help resolve the issues.

I've had a few issues with the Coinbase Pro app as well. Sometimes, the app would freeze or crash unexpectedly, which can be quite frustrating, especially when you're in the middle of making a trade. However, I've found that restarting the app usually resolves the problem. It's not a perfect solution, but it's a workaround that has worked for me so far.
