- Dec 26, 2021 · 3 years agoYes, you can use your HSBC IBAN number for cryptocurrency transactions. HSBC allows customers to transfer funds to cryptocurrency exchanges using their IBAN numbers. However, it's important to note that not all cryptocurrency exchanges accept IBAN transfers. You should check with the specific exchange you want to use to see if they support this payment method. Additionally, keep in mind that there may be fees associated with transferring funds from your HSBC account to a cryptocurrency exchange.

While you can transfer funds from your HSBC account to a cryptocurrency exchange, you will need to use alternative payment methods such as bank transfers or credit/debit cards. It's recommended to check with your cryptocurrency exchange to see what payment options they accept.

However, not all exchanges support IBAN transfers, so it's important to check with the exchange you want to use before initiating the transfer. Keep in mind that there may be fees associated with using this payment method.
